These terms govern your use of expressdiabetics.com and any purchase or sale you make with Express Diabetics LLC. By using our site, buying from us, or selling to us, you agree to these terms.
About us. Express Diabetics LLC is a commercial retail distributor and secondary-market supplier of factory-sealed diabetic products. We are not a pharmacy, healthcare provider, or insurance company, and we do not provide medical advice.
Buying from us.
All products we sell are factory-sealed, brand-name supplies in original packaging, inspected for seal integrity and expiration before sale. Because we sell sealed medical supplies, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. This protects every customer by guaranteeing that all products sold have remained within our verified chain of custody. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Orders are processed securely through Shopify and shipped nationwide to the 48 continental states.
Selling to us.
When you submit supplies to Express Diabetics, you affirm that you are the rightful owner of those supplies and have full legal authority to sell them.
Government-funded supplies are strictly prohibited. We do not accept any supplies funded in whole or in part by Medicare, Medicaid, or any other government assistance program. Any shipment containing government-funded supplies — including items bearing a government program label, a "Government Payee" or "DME Beneficiaries" marking, or a red line on the packaging — will be rejected and removed from circulation in accordance with safety protocols. Reselling government-funded supplies is illegal, and we enforce this strictly.
Eligibility for sale. Supplies must be factory-sealed, unexpired, undamaged, in original packaging, and carry at least ten months of remaining shelf life on arrival to qualify for our best pricing. We inspect every shipment. Ownership of eligible supplies transfers to Express Diabetics LLC upon successful inspection and verification at our facility. Items that do not pass inspection will be handled per the terms communicated with your quote.
Payment. Approved seller payments are issued electronically via Zelle or PayPal, typically within one business day of successful inspection. Buyer payments are processed at checkout through Shopify.
Limitation of liability. Express Diabetics provides products on an as-is basis consistent with their factory-sealed condition. We are not liable for how products are used after delivery. Nothing we provide constitutes medical advice; always follow the guidance of your healthcare provider.
Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current one.
