About Express Diabetics

Express Diabetics is a Florida-based company built around a simple idea: diabetic supplies cost too much, and millions of perfectly good supplies go to waste every year. We work both sides of that problem.

We help people afford the supplies they need. Diabetes is expensive. Continuous glucose monitors can run hundreds of dollars a month without insurance. Test strips add up fast. For the millions of Americans who are uninsured, between insurance plans, or stuck in a coverage gap, those retail prices put basic diabetes management out of reach. We sell factory-sealed, brand-name diabetic supplies — test strips, CGM sensors, insulin pump supplies — at affordable, direct-to-consumer prices, shipped to your door anywhere in the country.

We pay people for supplies they will never use. Insurance ships on a schedule. Prescriptions change. People switch from finger-stick testing to a CGM and end up with boxes of strips they no longer need. Families handling a loved one's estate find unopened supplies in a cabinet. We buy those sealed, unexpired supplies for cash and bring them back into circulation for people who need them.

That cycle is the whole company. Supplies that would have expired in a drawer become affordable supplies for someone who could not otherwise afford them.

Where we operate. Express Diabetics is headquartered in the St. Petersburg and greater Tampa Bay area of Florida. We ship nationwide and accept inbound supply shipments from all 48 continental states. Every item that comes into our facility is inspected by hand and checked for seal integrity, expiration date, and packaging condition before it is ever offered for sale.

Our standards. We only buy and sell factory-sealed, unexpired, brand-name supplies in original packaging. We do not accept or resell opened products, expired products, insulin, or any supplies obtained through Medicare, Medicaid, or another government assistance program. Those standards protect the people who buy from us and keep everything we do above board.
