Who we are. Express Diabetics LLC is a commercial retail distributor and secondary-market supplier of diabetic products. We are not a pharmacy, healthcare provider, clinical entity, or insurance administrator. We are not a "covered entity" under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and we do not collect, request, or store protected health information (PHI), prescriptions, medical charts, or medical histories.
What we collect. When you buy from us or sell to us, we collect only the information needed to complete the transaction: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, the supplies involved, and payment details. Purchases are processed through Shopify, our e-commerce platform, which handles payment information under its own secure, industry-standard systems.
How we use it. We use your information solely to verify your identity, fulfill and ship orders, process inbound supply shipments, issue payments, and communicate with you about your transaction. We do not use your information for any unrelated purpose.
How we protect it. We use industry-standard encryption and secure processing to protect your data. Payment data entered at checkout is handled by Shopify's secure payment infrastructure and is not stored on our own systems.
What we do not do. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with unauthorized third parties. We share information only with the service providers necessary to complete your transaction — such as our payment processor and shipping carriers — and only to the extent required to do so.
Your choices. You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you or to request its deletion, subject to any records we are required to keep for tax or legal compliance.
